Responsibilities:
- Ability to navigate guests through a multi course counter tasting menu.
- Knowledgeably describe tasting menu and wine pairings.
- Understanding of precision and pacing for conducting elevated service.
- Participation of curating wine pairing and list with GM.
- Michelin starred restaurant experience is preferred.
- Sommelier certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, especially at a fine dining level.
- Articulate communication and guest service skills.
- Previous experience with tasting menus and wine pairings.
