Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Talent Advisor for the Corporate Compliance or Audit portfolio, with knowledge of the organization and external markets of the businesses supported.
- Source and attract top talent with previous relevant experience in Audit and/or Compliance.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to select the best candidates for the Audit or Compliance teams.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and expectations for Audit and Compliance roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge preferred), and professional organizations, to find potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experiences throughout the recruitment cycle aligned to the bank’s customer experience model, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Use deep understanding of the banking industry and market trends to attract and engage top talent.
- Develop and maintain solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies during the recruitment process.
- Manage effective relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs, Bank Businesses and other Talent Acquisitions teams
- Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Audit or Compliance
- Organized, detail oriented, etc.
- Workday recruiter experience
- Strong Talent Sourcing experience
- Corporate recruitment experience
- MS Office Suite experience (Excel for reporting purposes)
