What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Member Service Representative position at ROBINS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
What You’ll Do:
- Ensures Member Service Experience standards are met through active lobby management, interest and willingness to help, and promoting member service culture. Assists members on a daily basis with member service transaction requests, to include account opening, loan requests, and teller transactions.
- Ensures that individual and branch goals are achieved while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Make appropriate lending decisions within designated authority.
- Assists Branch Manager in maintaining a highly motivated, knowledgeable staff by assisting and providing input with employee coaching, counseling and performance evaluation.
- Provides support to management with the daily operations of the branch, which includes but is not limited to underwriting loans for other team members, proper cash management for the branch, ensuring all control and security measures are followed, handling escalated member issues and opening/closing the branch.
- Leads by example demonstrating initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance record, and teamwork. Makes sound decisions and is able to resolve problems/conflict effectively.
