Competitive Salary Range: The compensation for this position falls within the range of $50,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Big Task
Diagnose and repair electrical systems and lead customers to informed, and confident buying decisions.
Key Sub Tasks

  • Complete any electrical residential service calls.
  • Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in team and sell the right products and services.
  • Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Ability to exceed minimum KPI goal.
  • Successfully complete follow up calls.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

 
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic service calls.
  • Knowledge of Electrical codes and proper safety standards.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
  • Hold at least one state license or certification.
  • Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
