Rogue Community Health offers essential primary and preventive care services to ensure that all patients, including those who are medically underserved, have continuous access to high-quality health care, including on-site and virtual primary and preventative medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, community outreach, and transitional housing services.
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants work collaboratively with all areas of support staff to address and conquer systemic inequities, barriers to care, and support a population health model.

Holiday Pay (in addition to PTO)
- To be considered benefit eligible, must work 20 hours per week or more.

Licensure:
- Current unencumbered Oregon License to Practice with Prescription Authority
- Current DEA Number
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree in nursing or a doctorate in nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or NLNAC (National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission) accredited graduate nursing program. Board certified or board eligible within one year of employment in family practice.
Physician Associate: Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program. Board certified or board eligible within one year of employment in family practice.
