Lease Operator (Nights Only)

Title: Night Lease Operator

Locations: Mentone Tx, Jal Nm, Monahans Tx, Pecos Tx, or Wink Tx

Schedule: 7 Nights On & 7 Off

Pay: $30–$35/hour DOE

Includes: Company-provided truck, and gas card and benefits

Hierarchy Breakdown:

Reports to: Directly to the Foreman for the area

Works Directly Alongside: All working personnel in his or her field.

Top Focus of this Position:

This person will work alongside Production Foreman to effectively resolve any issues on units and relevant production equipment in the field.

Night Lease Operator will have Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:

· Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their Routes

· Ability to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out Work

· ESP, Gas Lift, Plunger Lifts, and Horizontal Lift Experience is a plus

· Reading and recording all needed meter readings

· Comfortable with Scada and Production Software

Qualifications:

• 1 years Lease Operating experience is required.
• 1 years’ experience operating ESP, Gas Lift, Plunger Lifts, and Horizontal Lift
• Ability to provide at least three professional references.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• knowledge of production equipment
• Applicants must live in area of Mentone Tx, Jal Nm, Monahans Tx, Pecos Tx, or Wink Tx
• Able to drive around 300 miles/day.
• Necessary computer documentation and data entry daily
• Must be willing to undergo Background check and driving record check.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug screening.
• Must be willing to get H2S certified

Compensation will also include:

A Company Truck, Company Fuel Card, Benefits, Tools, Three sets of FR Clothing
