Inbound Lead Specialist (Phone/Email, Remote)

Roll-A-Shield is looking for a proven A-player to join us as a phone/email based lead qualification specialists to contact, qualify, and hand off inbound leads. We are a 45-year old family-owned business in GROWTH mode. We have too many leads to contact quickly with our current team, and a product that you can stand behind with confidence (just look at our google reviews).

This Inbound Lead Specialist will be responsible for being the first point of contact for new leads: calling web form submissions immediately, taking inbound phone calls, and managing our website chat feature. This person has a clear mission: connect with leads as fast as possible, and ensure that only qualified leads make it to our sales reps.

This role is hourly, with opportunities for bonus pay based on performance (speed to lead contact, qualification effectiveness, etc). We offer great benefits, including affordable health insurance for employees and their kids (if applicable).

The role is primarily remote, but will involve coming into our Tempe-based offices for training, meetings, and team connection. Therefore, we are only considering candidates in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Your Role:

• Connect with Leads - FAST: Be the first point of contact for our website visitors, answering their queries via chat, phone, email, and text with charm and efficiency. Reach out to inbound leads through email, text, and phone.
• Product Expert: Answer detailed questions about our products, their installation, and shipping processes, ensuring clarity and confidence in our services.
• Diligent Documenter: Consistently capture and organize all activities in our CRM system, maintaining a clear record of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Relentlessly positive, can-do attitude, motivated to close deals and earn for you and/or your family.
• At least 8am-4pm M-F. Remote with occasional days in Tempe-based office during training and ongoing check-ins.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems, internet-based phones, and remote work tools.
• Proficiency in customer interaction via phone and email.
• Excellent and professional verbal and written English.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
• A high-speed, reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.

Benefits and Compensation

· Hourly pay of $19-$22/hr, plus performance based bonuses for effectiveness is quickly connecting with leads, qualifying leads effectively, and mastering our product.

· Target of $45,000-$55,000 in total compensation for effective performers.
