Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets our clients' expectations.

Duties

• Perform frame carpentry tasks, including the construction and installation of walls, doors, and windows.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist in various remodeling projects.
• Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments and material needs.
• Carry out construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Execute concrete forming tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
• Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components as needed.
• Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Read and interpret schematics to accurately follow project plans and specifications.
• Fabricate custom elements as required for specific remodeling projects.
• Apply construction painting techniques to finish surfaces with quality results.
• Be able to install various types of flooring
• BE able to do light electrical
• Be able to preform plumbing tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential.
• Strong skills in frame carpentry,and remodeling are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction estimating and inspection processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and reading schematics accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with remodeling work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
