A Beautiful General Dentist Office in Batavia is looking to add another Receptionist. This is an opportunity to join a successful and innovative dental practice and be a part of a winning Team.

Benefits:

· Monday through Thursday work week

o Monday and Tuesday 8:45am to 1pm and 2pm to 7:15pm

o Wednesday and Thursday 6:45 am to 12pm and 1pm to 4:45pm

Our ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, team player, and enjoy helping others. Backgrounds in a dental office, retail, hospitality, and/customer service roles can be helpful.

Position Functions:

Front Desk Check in/Check out

· Greet all patients and visitors to the practice using excellent customer service skills

· Handling of patient forms which are paper and electronic

· Follow HIPAA rules

· Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

· Helping maintain a full and productive schedule

o Hygiene

o Doctor

Additional Functions which may include:

· Understanding the Dental Codes

· Verifying insurance

· Entering insurance into Eaglesoft software

· Submitting claims

· Entering Insurance Payments
