Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading manufacturer of specialty coffee, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The CSR will provide outstanding service by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders and process them in the automated order processing system
- Answer customer calls or email inquiries about products or services
- Serve as liaison between customers, supply chain, and sales, thereby providing professional account management
- Establish on-going rapport with existing customers
- Investigate and trouble-shoot customer service issues by involving the appropriate internal customers
- Proactively reach out to customers via email and outbound calls for orders by route by day
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and product application
- Demonstrate a positive, collaborative approach to meet customers' needs
- Update customer profiles to maintain current information
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a customer service /inside sales environment
- Excellent communication skills: telephone, email, writing, and listening
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Ability to work individually and as part of the team
