What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive A/P Clerk position at Rosado Group?
We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Accounting Clerk.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests
- Match checks to invoices/payment requests before each check run cycle
- Research & resolve payable issues with vendors
- Process incoming vehicle factory invoices to accounting
- Prepare funding documents to mail out to financial institutions
- Billing out deals, swaps, and wholesales
- Process warranty cancellations
- Post Factory payables invoices and reconcile statements.
Requirements:
- Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Experience in a dealership accounting setting is preferred, but not required
- One year experience in payables preferred
Monday through Friday- 9am-5pm
