Successful candidates will have:
-Solid experience (4yrs) in classical and modern progressive cuisine, preferably under notable chefs or in notable establishments
-Protein / Fish Butchery Skills
-Menu development & experience sourcing items from broad-line purveyors, as well as local products from local suppliers
-The desire to at first learn, then uphold and improve upon the cuisine that makes us successful
-The desire to own the creative direction, cleanliness, and flow of the kitchen
-Communication skills! Energize those around you with your attitude, lead with humility, and be a part of the team.
