POSITION SUMMARY
The Cab Electrical Technician works on the electrical components of the backend, front, and sides. Applies corrosion preventative and pressure protection to ensure longevity. They must install and routes wires/cables for the installation of lights, display, switches, and heat exchange. They will also be assigned to installing engine and body harnesses.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Works on the electrical components of the backend, front, and sides of the fire truck chassis.
- Installs engine, dash, and body harnesses according to the specifications.
- Installs and routes wires/cables for the installation of lights, display, switches, and heat exchange.
- Applies corrosion preventative and pressure protection to ensure longevity.
- Performs and completes tasks according to the spec book.
- Completes engine heat exchange unit installation.
- Installs foot switches, light bars, antennas, and programs then accordingly.
- Utilizes Alison and other programs to tune engine, lights, and transmission to specifications.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to meet the needs of the company and our members.
