Senior Accountant

RoseRyan, an innovative accounting and consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to enhance our dynamic team. This role will involve providing expert accounting services and insights, enabling our clients to achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Handle complex account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving them appropriately
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting
• Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide mentorship to promote professional development
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored accounting solutions
• Participate in budget preparation and forecasting initiatives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting regulations, practices, and software
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a work experience equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $55 to $75 per hour.
