Dispatcher / Office Assistant
Full-time
We are looking for a person that has a dynamic phone presence and solid customer service skills to fill our full-time opening. You must be a self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required.
MUST have previous office experience. Hours will be Monday 10AM – 6PM, Tuesday – Friday 9AM – 5PM and Saturday 8AM – 4 PM (as needed). This is a straight 8 hour shift.
Essential functions of the position include:
- Schedule customers and obtain all necessary information to provide best service
- Customer retention calls to ensure satisfaction
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers
- Ability to work independently
- Schedule preventative maintenance with existing customers
- Follow-up on estimates with existing customers
