We are currently seeking skilled CNC Operatives (Operate and Setup) to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire, specializing in the production of safety-critical components for the aerospace and defense sectors. As a direct hire, you will play an integral role in the production of high-precision components used in mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities of CNC Operative : Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines with precision to meet tight tolerances. Follow detailed work orders, quality inspections, and production schedules. Perform first and last piece inspections to ensure quality standards. Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed. Maintain machine settings, tooling, and materials. Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Required Skills & Experience - CNC Operative : Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions.
