**Food Production Manager**
Rounds-Production Operations Reno, Nevada Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** Compensation **Salary--Depending on experience** Rounds Bakery delivers fresh sandwiches, snacks, pastries and more, in wholesale and grab-n-go environments
Manage and lead production, packaging, and labeling, of fresh foods for daily distribution
Manage food inventory, prepare and place food production inventory orders
Manage and lead team members
Must have active ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certificate
Key Skills required:
Experience working with food
Problem solving skills
Read and write
Basic math skills
Leadership and training skills
Department scheduling, time card and employee management, etc.
Compensation:
