Responsibilities:
The Director of Outpatient Services oversees and participates in all operational functions of Roxbury’s Outpatient programming in two outpatient settings, assuring the delivery of high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. The Director oversees the programming in our Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA locations, traveling between these two locations, as well as the main Shippensburg facility, as necessary. Primary responsibilities include:

We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is currently recruiting a professional clinician to fill the role of Director of Outpatient Services. The Director is a member of the senior leadership team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Director of Outpatient Services oversees and participates in all operational functions of Roxbury’s Outpatient programming in two outpatient settings, assuring the delivery of high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. The Director oversees the programming in our Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA locations, traveling between these two locations, as well as the main Shippensburg facility, as necessary. Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversight and supervision of all Outpatient staff including Counselors, Administrative Assistant, PRN staff, and Interns
- Prioritization and delegation of duties
- Staff and program scheduling
- Maintaining and developing productive relationships with outside referral sources
- All reporting (incidents, monthly operations, etc.)
- Performing direct clinical services with patients

Director of Outpatient Services Job Requirements:
- A licensed Masters level mental health professional (with a degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college) with at least one year full-time supervisory experience in a chemical dependency treatment setting,
- A non-licensed Masters level mental health professional (with a degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college) with at least two years full-time supervisory experience in a chemical dependency treatment setting,
