Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dental Lab Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, including dentists, dental assistants, and dental offices. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental lab work or dental assisting, with at least three years of hands-on experience in the dental industry. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and support our lab operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, order status, and product questions.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate dental lab products and services based on their needs.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate, timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to address customer-specific requests and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the dental lab products and services offered by the company.
- Track orders, monitor inventory, and ensure that customers receive up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the Senior Lab Technician to order needed parts, answer technical questions and help doctors plan complicated cases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Lab Technician, Dental Assistant, or in a similar dental field role.
- In-depth knowledge of dental products, materials, and lab processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and a desire to help others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
