RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, organizes, directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care provided on the unit to achieve clinical and financial outcomes

• Provides professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff Ensures patient care assignments are consistent with staff competencies, scope of practice and the needs of the patients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed nurse in the state of Massachusetts

• 2 years or more of nursing experience

• Leadership experience

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time

• On Call Weekend

• Rates disclosed upon hire
