What are the responsibilities and job description for the DINING ROOM SERVER position at Royal Senior Care Management LLC?
Serving meals and beverages to residents, by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Set up dining room with glassware, dishes, flatware, etc... Appropriate for meals to be served.
Serve residents in the dining room, observing residents diet order and food preferences.
Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety.
Properly store and label food items.
Maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations.
Maintain clean, neat work area, and perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
Reports needed repairs in work areas.
Be available during emergency situations.
Be available for a.m. and p.m. work shifts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Previous food service experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to follow oral and written instructions in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Knowledge of arithmetic and units of measurement used in food preparation.
REASONING ABILITY Able to follow directions.
