Job Purpose
The position is responsible for supporting other staff with invoicing, collecting, accounts payable, and any other operational functions that may be needed.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide general departmental support for copying, filing, creating mailing labels, preparing mailings
- Complete departmental projects as assigned
- Provide support to management as needed (report running, etc.)
- Provide support in collection calls / emails from past-due customers
- Main / email invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Share the duties of answering incoming phone calls
Qualifications Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Two years' experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities: exhibit tact, professional attitude, maturity and flexibility
- Detail oriented, highly organized, strong task management skills
- Self-directed, able to complete projects/tasks with limited supervision
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to leverage others in order to complete projects
- Rock-solid Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to handle key assignments of confidential nature and maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to build professional and respectful working relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
