Rework Associate

·      Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 4:15 pm

·      MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAYS FOR OT

·      The job location is in Arlington, Texas

·      The pay rate is 16.00 an hour

Job Summary: The Electronics Technician will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing electronic components and systems. This role requires a combination of technical skills and physical ability, including heavy lifting, to ensure the successful execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assemble, install, and maintain electronic systems and components.

·      Diagnose and repair electronic malfunctions and issues.

·      Conduct routine maintenance and testing of electronic equipment.

·      Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials as required.

·      Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

·      Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

·      Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

·      Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

·      High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field preferred.

·      Proven experience as an electronics Technician or similar role.

·      Strong understanding of electronic components and systems.

·      Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physical tasks.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

·      Good communication and teamwork skills.

·      Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.

Physical Requirements:

·      Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

·      Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
