RSS is Hiring a Floor Supervisor Near Anvik, AK
RSS has provided supplemental services all over the country for the last 30 years. If you are selected, employees will be on a 50 hour guarantee with potential mandatory overtime. Hotel, travel and per-diem provided. You must be able to work away from home for long periods of time until the assignment is completed.
RSS is currently looking for (Experienced):
Floor Supervisors in Manufacturing (Resume must reflect experience in 1 or 2 job titles listed below)
Machine operations (CNC and non-CNC), welding, fabrication, Assembly, Quality/Inspection, Maintenance (electrician, millwright, and mechanic), Production, and Warehouse.
- Must have 2 years verified experience as a Supervisor in Manufacturing
- Must be able to work away from home for long periods of time
- Must be able to travel as soon as next week
- Must be able to work in adverse conditions (Cold/Heat)
- Must be able to train and advise a large workforce to meet the client’s needs and expectations
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Must be able to work long hours
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have experience in Supervising small to large groups of employees
- Must have great communication skills with employees and upper management
- Must be able to pass a 7 year background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be able to provide a resume with references
Pay Rate:
$35 to $40 an hour depending on experience
$40 a day per-diem on your weekly paycheck
Hotel and Travel provided
If you complete the assignment, we will gladly fly you home at no expense to you
