As a Medicaid Waiver Program Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our staff receive comprehensive training and that our program maintains compliance standards. This critical role ensures that our team is equipped to provide the necessary support for individuals to thrive in their communities.
What You'll Do Each Day:
- Program Oversight: Lead and direct specific service programming for the Employment Services Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop short-, medium-, and long-term goals for service delivery and program growth.
- Staff Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on Medicaid Waiver services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance.
- Community Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including DARS Counselors, DBVI Counselors, CSB Case Managers, and community employers, to facilitate service provision and advocacy.
- Documentation and Compliance: Review consumer records, complete intake paperwork, and ensure timely submission of billing and service authorization requests.
