Jr. Systems Administrator
Job Summary
The Jr. Systems Administration position will execute processes to ensure the quality and integrity of
RTA’s internal Salesforce database technology. In addition, this will include administration and
integration of external and supporting systems. Because RTA relies on these systems for
operational effectiveness, the ability to faithfully and reliably execute administrative tasks is of the
utmost importance.
Job Description
- Assist with administration and configuration of RTA’s Salesforce environment.
- Manage and optimize data loads and integrity within system.
- Assist with administration and configuration of additional and external systems.
- Learn and understand the RTA Salesforce database environment to help ensure data
integrity.
- Learn and understand the Salesforce Report Writer to support data quality and general
analytic needs.
- Learn and understand the additional systems that RTA uses to operate its business.
- Serve as the go-to resource for systems and data questions.
- Provide concise instructional content that enables users to fully leverage the benefits of the
technology.
- Control and Manage distribution of external sales devices used in the sales process such as
iPads and tablets.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience working as a database system administrator; Microsoft Excel
experience is required, Salesforce.com experience is considered a plus
- Ability to maintain database quality and integrity using administrative methods
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
