Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state and local filings
- Conduct technical research and document findings to support conclusions
- Manage the preparation and review process of complex returns efficiently and timely
- Resolve intricate tax issues
- Collaborate with the accounting department and key decision-makers on client matters
- Prepare review notes and provide training to staff
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge
- Oversee budgets and billing processes
- Coach team members to enhance their job skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
