Pay Range : 17 - $18 per hour
Job Description :
The Human Resources Assistant – Fingerprinting provides support to internal staff and external guests undergoing background checks by verifying identification documents and capturing fingerprints for submission. This role also includes general HR and office support tasks. It is a full-time, on-site position with a set schedule of Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM and is not eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet employees and guests of RCC for background services.
- Monitor, maintain, and clean the fingerprint equipment and room.
- Take fingerprints for employees and external guests.
- Communicate with IdentoGO / Idemia in case of equipment issues.
- Open and distribute mail daily.
- Organize, order, and stock office and site supplies.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Organize and clean designated office areas.
- Provide backup reception support as needed or directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
