HR/Payroll Manager Job description
· Human resources: 2 or more years
· Experience with Certified Payrolls & EEO-1reporting are required
· Experience with DOT & OSHA guidelines (preferred)
Duties include but not limited to:
· Assist with all internal and external HR related manners.
· Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures including safety programs according to regulations
· Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
· Assist with the recruitment/hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment offer letters
· Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
. Assist management for corrective and disciplinary actions
· Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
· Maintain personnel records for accuracy and compliance
· Perform and process Payroll related tasks
· Monitor organization’s attendance and PTO records.
. Mange unemployment claims and WC claims process
. Manage benefits for employees including open enrollment
