Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our dispensary.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and other cannabis products.
• Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance the customer's experience.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Assist in supervising staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
• A passion for cannabis and knowledge of its various forms is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
