RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking aCreative Directorto join for an approximate3-month project!

Candidates must be local to the Seattlearea to be considered for this position.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to lead the development of innovative advertising campaigns across TV, OOH, Digital, and Social platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact, visually compelling ads that set a new standard of excellence. Youll oversee the entire creative process, from crafting sharp, strategic briefs to brainstorming and conceptualizing standout ideas. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. With exceptional presentation skills and a keen eye for detail, youll confidently guide campaigns from concept to completion, communicating with clarity and authority while fostering collaboration.

As a Creative Director, You Will

• Develop innovative ideas and creative directions for advertising campaigns spanning TV, OOH, Digital, and Social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce final, high-quality ads that meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
• Write and refine clear, strategic briefs that guide the creative process from ideation to final delivery.
• Conceptualize, pitch, and present compelling campaign ideas to stakeholders and leaders at all levels.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on time and align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Balance collaboration with independent decision-making, prioritizing tasks, and providing authoritative direction when necessary.

As an Applicant, You Bring

• 6 years of experience in broadcast production with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advertising campaigns.
• 6 years of expertise in copywriting and editing, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for various media formats.
• 24 years of experience in digital editing, with familiarity in creating content for digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to write strategic briefs and manage the end-to-end creative process for large-scale campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly developing environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of confidently pitching ideas and campaigns to senior leadership.

Compensation

Pay Range:$85.00- $94.00(Hourly)

The successful candidates pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
