Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or LPN2 to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusion and gastric lavage.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff in hospital medicine practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the hospital environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
