NO Relocation or Housing ProvidedONLY UNDERGRADUATES (currently enrolled) for Fall 2025. MUST be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours / week)DescriptionThis role will be required to work independently and in a team environment to support technology projects and initiatives to deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves business processes. Leverages team members regarding processes and technology to drive efficiency. Participates in business process improvement projects.Duties and responsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to : Participates in technology projects including Lean / Six Sigma, continuous improvement & new application implementation. In addition to working on project-specific tasks, assist with project management activities. Identifies business trends based on key strategic initiatives or leadership requests by utilizing real data, conducting analysis, and compiling useful business reports. Investigates user or system issues, analyzes information, communicate across departments, document findings, and evaluate solutions. Utilizes Transportation Management System (TMS) system to track and manage customer shipments to include validating data, documentation is complete and accurate, and verifying paperwork and data align. Assists in determining and documenting user requirements for business processes. Participates in designing or modifying business / technology systems, and developing user manuals. Other duties as required and assignedQualificationsQualifications to perform the job successfully include : Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management or other relevant Supply Chain / Business Logistics area preferred. Experience / coursework in fields such as Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Logistics / Transportation industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work both as a team member and independently as the position requires. Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a high sense of urgency. Commitment to executional excellence and outstanding customer service.
