## Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, able to update current systems being used for operations.

- manage office supplies inventory
- Over see daily deliveries/weekly plan
- Work with team coordinating new and old projects
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping/accounts receivable
- Oversee an update SOPs for all aspects of operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette and correspondence
- Able to work well with others and be a team player
## Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
