Job Description
The Assistant Automation Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the Automation maintenance procedures of warehouse automation equipment and systems. Assists in managing the Automation Maintenance staff across our North American facilities as assigned and directed. The department’s primary objective is to support the operation of DC automation equipment through continuous Preventative Maintenance and timely repairs as needed. This position will work extensively with AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot), Shelf Goods to Person technologies as well as vacuum assisted lifting, conveyance, and sortation technologies. The position will work closely with Automation Maintenance manager, DC Operations leaders and third-party partners / contractors.
Compensation & Schedule
90,000-$94,000 annually
Monday - Friday, Full-Time, Exempt
Onsite - Seeking a candidate who lives within commuting range of one of our distribution centers in Olathe, Kansas (KS), Lockport, Illinois (IL), or Fort Worth, Texas (TX).

Physical Demands
In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8 hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing. Able to operate scissor lifts at heights up to 40 feet.
Working Environment
The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
Salary : $90,000 - $94,000
