Monthly guaranteed base for full time position with potential to bonus on a tier based commission based on collections
SA Family Dentist is looking for motivated Dentists to join our family. We are a husband and wife dentist couple who have acquired two dental offices in San Antonio from excellent retiring dentists with a long standing and loyal patient base in the past couple of years. Our team and our patient's are our top most priority. We work hard and we have fun as well! We are looking for a dentist who wants a great work life balance and wants to do quality dentistry. We are a PPO/ FFS practice and perform general and specialty dentistry including endodontics and Implant surgeries and are willing to mentor an Associate with the right attitude. We have both been Associates in the past and we have worked in great and not so great environments. We promise to provide a respectful working environment and we will be rooting for our Associate to be successful. Requirements:
- DDS/DMD Degree
- ATLEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- TEXAS Dental license
Duties:
- Diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning for patients
- Proficiency in general dentistry, restoring teeth with fillings, crowns, bridges etc.
- Patient centric and team player approach as well as ability to lead a team
