Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Fit Support: Manage inbound project fit requests, aligning design intentions with specifications. Oversee the process from concept to order, with most responsibilities concluding before the ship date. Provide additional project management support as needed based on project and workload demands.
• Quote Correspondence: Assist Sales Directors by handling quote-related communication. Set up and engage in follow-up activities related to project and quote requests, order input, invoice creation, and deposit receipt before handing over to the Production Team.
• CRM Management: Serve as the CRM partner, prompter, and organizer. Previous experience in implementing and creating comprehensive CRM tools and processes is highly desirable.
• Marketing Activation: Collaborate closely with the Marketing/Creative Director and Sales team to optimize the use and visibility of various marketing tools.
• Application Support: Demonstrate proficiency in using custom design applications and provide design and UX/UI feedback to developers.
• Material Support: Assist Sales Directors with material needs, including samples, swatches, trade show planning, logistics, and collateral in coordination with Marketing and Product Development.
Desired Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred but other fields are considered.
• Sales Savvy: Must understand social dynamics, psychology, and sales funnels to effectively guide projects towards a successful outcome.
• Design Fluency: Ability to "speak design" and communicate effectively with designers and clients.
• Organization & Conscientiousness: Highly organized, with the ability to be assertive about the needs of the sales team while being conscientious within the team.
• Initiative & Collaboration: Be comfortable with SABIN’s proactive approach, where we take the lead and actively move projects forward, ensuring their success.
