We seek an SRE intern focusing on Observability and our monitoring infrastructure. We are looking for an individual who can work independently, without much supervision, and likes to own what he/she is doing. You will be part of a talented team of engineers demonstrating superb technical competency, delivering mission-critical infrastructure, and ensuring the highest availability, performance, and security levels.
You will help to review and understand the data that moves our Observability and early detection system for issues in production and other environments.

- Assist in the development and implementation of observability tools and practices to enhance the monitoring, logging, and tracing of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, leveraging observability data to improve system reliability and support proactive incident management.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and alerts that provide actionable insights into system health and performance, helping to drive continuous improvement in our IT operations.
- Work with an experienced team of SREs working on a high-volume system.
- Closely working with technical leaders across multiple geographical locations.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation after August 2025
- Experience coding in Python.
- Understanding of Statistical Methods and data analysis.
- Worked with relational databases and data models, as well as writing queries on any SQL standard.
- Experience using any observability tool like Splunk, DataDog, ELK, etc.
