What are the responsibilities and job description for the NextGen Team Associate position at Saddleback?
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Administrative
- Assist and support the NextGen Campus Support team in a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- Maintaining NextGen Central calendar
- Submit and monitor facility requests for all NextGen Central events
- Provide administrative support for church-wide events like summer camps and NextGen gatherings.
Communication
- Serve as the “first voice”/point of contact of NextGen ministries to parents, other staff, other churches, etc. via email and phone.
- Correspond with other churches looking for support, resources, tours etc.
Accounting
- Manage the NextGen Pastors' reimbursement requests, credit card reports, and timecards.
Security Clearance Support
- Maintains necessary records of staff safety and security training
- Security point of contact
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
- Ministry experience is helpful but not required.
- Understanding of Saddleback's children's, junior high, high school, and college ministries is required.
- Must be comfortable with Google Workspace.
Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity, along with budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. Pay will be provided at $18.00-$20.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate that is within our salary structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job.
