POSITION TITLE:

Track and Spring Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for ensuring that proper track and spring assemblies are being built as ordered per the daily schedule, stocking, and replenishing area on a daily basis. Attention to detail and some fabrication experience needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Complete all sub entries when needed due to stock or specific builds

· Complete all pickup and route schedules as per schedule and place in designated area

· Communicate with purchasing department on any and all potential outages or shortages

· Communicate all back orders or shortages with Customer Service in a timely matter

• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment and motorized equipment including but not limited to box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jack, fork lift, drills, saws etc. safely and efficiently as required to perform material handling functions
• Keep area stocked and orderly for picking and completing all tasks daily

· Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Required

o Ability to use industrial equipment, carts, pallets, and all other equipment related to loading/shipment of garage doors, hardware, and other assemblies

• Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
• Preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Forklift license
