Registered Nurse (RN) - Direct Hire
SAFREST Resources has partnered with a senior care provider serving the Reading, PA area. We're seeking a skilled, compassionate RN to provide home- and facility-based wellness visits. This opportunity offers lots of autonomy and the ability to work a caseload at your own pace.
- MONDAY THRU FRIDAY -8a-4:30p

- Job Summary:
- Provides direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants in both clinic and home-based environments.
- Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the Program Director or physician extender but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
- Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.
- Supervises both licensed and non-licensed personnel.
- Performs assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
- Understands and demonstrates commitment to the company's mission through daily communication with participants, families, community, and staff.
- Builds a trusting relationship with each participant/family/caregiver by being available, listening, communicating, and educating via every available forum, such as day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled and unscheduled clinic appointments, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
