Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time position as a Dean’s Administrative Assistant/Office Manager in the Division of Professional Studies. The Dean’s Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is responsible to the Dean to perform various administrative support and coordination of duties relating to and supporting the Division of Professional Studies. The Administrative Assistant I/Office Manager will handle office functions including greeting visitors, handling general office email/phones, ordering supplies, updating documents, handling DPS social media, coordinating the DPS Partner Pathways Scholarship information and records, and providing general office administration. In addition, the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will handle the credit for prior learning processes and procedures.
High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree and/or 3 years of office experience preferred working in an office environment such as education, admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, account management or other related areas. Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must exhibit a high level of professionalism. Experience as a team player with the ability to work with all ages, backgrounds, and constituents. Ability to coordinate events, projects, and programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Self-starter able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask. Demonstrated skill with technology and social media platforms. Ability to create reports, letters, Excel sheets and other documents using Microsoft Office. Driver’s License required. Occasional evening or weekend may be required.
