As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strategic, creative, and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and grow our marketing initiatives.
Job Overview
The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and leading all marketing activities for the company. You will set the strategic direction for marketing, execute impactful campaigns, and build our brand presence in the competitive healthcare PaaS space. The VP will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth through a blend of data-driven marketing and innovative strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and brand vision.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's long-term vision and translate it into actionable marketing plans.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the marketing team, driving high performance and professional development.
Brand and Market Positioning:
- Refine and promote the company’s brand in the healthcare PaaS industry, ensuring clear messaging that resonates with key stakeholders (healthcare providers, administrators, patients, etc.).
- Own and evolve the company's market positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Lead efforts to build thought leadership within the healthcare PaaS space and Services.
Customer Acquisition & Growth:
- Oversee and manage customer acquisition strategies, including lead generation, digital marketing, and paid media.
- Optimize conversion rates from marketing channels, working closely with sales teams to align marketing with sales targets.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize marketing performance and achieve growth goals.
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and feature releases.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product capabilities and market demands.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive customer interest and sales.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and regularly track progress against these metrics.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, refine strategies, and improve ROI.
- Report on marketing performance to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Development & Collaboration:
- Lead a small, cross-functional marketing team, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage external partnerships with agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Growth Marketing with full lifecycle marketing and technology tools experience
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare, or technology company.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and lead generation tactics.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
