Maintenance Mechanic is responsible to ensure that any type of equipment is working properly. Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for working on a wide variety of machines in food preparation industries. Maintenance Mechanic is responsible to do routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems and make repairs as needed. Maintenance Engineer would also be responsible for removing old equipment and installing new machines.  Knowledge of conveyor belts is a plus.
