The Willows Premier Retirement Community for Active Adults at Medway is seeking an interim Maintenance Assistant to perform Routine Maintenance work and painting in apartments and around Retirement Community.
Full time, flexible schedule, weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Follows preventative maintenance programs.
- Performs Household Maintenance with light electrical and plumbing
- Daily upkeep of interior and exterior of campus
- Follows safety regulations and practices
- Maintains proper security of buildings
Requirements:
- Basic home improvement skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast past environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
