Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist
Department: IT
Reports to: IT Director
Status: Full-time (Exempt)
Location: Springfield, MO
Job Summary:
The Technical Solutions Specialist will be on a team that maintains and supports PCs, VOIP phone systems, cloud-based security tools, enterprise ERP, eCommerce, and proprietary applications. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
- Add and inactivate users in third party systems including VOIP phones, ERP users, and other cloud base systems
- Writing and editing training manuals
- Assist sales reps, office users and store associates remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Communicate well with non-IT people within or outside the company
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Education and Experience:
- An associate degree in computer science or related field
