Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting and Engagement:
- Identify and engage high-value accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on Cloud Distributors and large Managed Service Providers.
- Conduct in-depth research to uncover business challenges and craft tailored outreach that resonates with decision-makers.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects and use a structured, multi-channel approach that includes email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
Problem-Centric Selling:
- Actively listen to prospects to identify gaps between their current state and desired outcomes.
- Position our solutions as the bridge to solve specific business problems, creating alignment with their strategic goals.
Planning & Execution:
- Break down objectives into actionable plans, ensuring priorities are managed and deadlines are met.
- Allocate resources effectively and foster accountability by setting clear objectives and monitoring progress.
- Proactively adjust strategies to maintain alignment with goals and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Inbound and Outbound Lead Development:
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and quickly identify their fit within our ICP.
- Build and maintain a consistent outbound pipeline by executing account-based campaigns and follow-up cadences to nurture engagement over time.
- Pitch company and value proposition via online and physical presentations to prospects.
- Ability to travel, attend physical events, book meetings in advance with prospect accounts, and evangelize our value proposition.
Sales Enablement and Handoff:
- Transition qualified leads to Account Executives with detailed insights into the prospect’s challenges, priorities, and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine account strategies and improve the lead-to-opportunity conversion process.
Metrics-Driven Optimization:
- Track outreach effectiveness and report on key performance indicators such as response, conversion, and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Use data insights to improve prospecting tactics and pipeline performance continuously.
CRM and Data Management Excellence:
- Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring continuity and seamless handoffs throughout the sales process.
- Leverage CRM data to uncover trends and inform future outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound lead generation, or business development, preferably within the cloud services or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of engaging C-level and senior decision-makers in complex sales environments.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including regional nuances and buying behaviors.
- Expertise with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility through consultative engagement.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for uncovering insights and adapting strategies to achieve measurable results.
