What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Server and Bartender position at SALT?
The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with regular guests. Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years Server experience in a fine dining establishment and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits. We are also seeking Bartenders who have 3 years experience
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus
Skills:
- Experience working in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
