We are seeking an Admissions Director for Premier Rehab and Healthcare. Come join our family!
The Admissions Coordinator is an internal marketing position with the expectation of communicating and sharing the communities programs. Director of Admissions will assume the responsibility of managing the inquiry, admission, and readmission from the hospital, community, and any other related healthcare entity. Provide customers with facility information via facility tours, personal visits, assessments, conversation, and follow up. The Admissions Director is responsible for using discretion and independent judgment to make a primary determination as to whether a patient is financially and clinically appropriate for the community’s skilled nursing setting.
