Responsibilities for Scheduler:

• Schedule available employees to meet facility needs

• Prepare schedule for new employees

• Daily documentation on required forms

• Tracking of vacation time, absences, weekend make up shifts etc.

• Attends meetings and in-services as required

• Other duties as requested

Qualifications for Scheduler:

• High School diploma 

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer skills and the ability to record information 

• Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures

• Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language
